JeniMarie17 answered Thursday April 5 2007, 7:16 pm: Well you can still eat right and gain weight it all depends on how much you take in, or also known as a seriving size. Jogging is a great way to do it, also join a gym that is how I lost like 10 lbs in a month. Just watch the calories and keep active. [ JeniMarie17's advice column | Ask JeniMarie17 A Question ]

-try following the suggested amount for serving size on the nutrition facts. if it says 10 pretzels, put 10 pretzels in a bowl and eat only those.
- if you're still feeling hungry, fill up on water. water is the best thing for you because it will keep you hydrated and feeling full.
-and never snack in front of the tv. if you're going to watch tv do it at night or in the morning or sometime when you're not going to be eating. people tend to overeat when placed in front of a television.
-also, limit your snack foods to only 1 per day. consider that your desert, too. and if you do eat a snack food, pair it with something healthy like an apple.
for the exercise, pick up any issue of cosmogirl or seventeen magazine for helpful exercises. they always work for me and leave me panting by the end!
