my mp3 broke

I reformated my sansa using the hold the record button while on hold trick to put new firmwire, when i tried toput the new firmwire now it shows no screen the blue light just turns on and stays on what do i do

Calling the company would be your best bet. That isn't a popular model, and most of us can't help you with it since we don't no much about it.
