Well the only way your going to look stupid is if your just sitting their staring at him without introducing yourself.
To get his eye is too make him have his attention on you the whole time by doin this you may have to share a little time talking and getting to know eachother have eye contact and make him laugh.
If he seems interested just ask for him number so you can talk to him moee on the phone so he can get to know you better and just write him notes if your scared to express your true feelings with him face to face.
flirt alot and dress sexy for him but not to sexy or he'll think your a hoe or slut.
tell him how cute he is and tell him how you really think hes real cool to talk too..
and schedule a day when yall to hang out after school to chill and catch a hotdog or something
