Hate to break it to you, but all of these are impossible. Get lots of calcium, don't brush your hair too much, and pray to god for a growth spurt in your chest. That's about all you can do. [ Shortcake22's advice column | Ask Shortcake22 A Question ]
queenhearts answered Wednesday April 4 2007, 3:25 am: You can't grow any time fast. It all depends on your genes.
A. You can wear high heels or boots. But you really can't get taller in a short period of time. Look at your parents. Somewhere in between, will be your height when you stop growing.
B. You can't grow your hair fast but you can buy extensions from Sally's. You can buy a track ($30) of hair that matches your own and glue/clip them in. You can go to a salon and get it done (which is expensive). There's a vitamin called Biotin that makes hair healthier and seems to make hair grow a tad bit faster. [4 to 8 weeks you see a difference] /My hair was above my shoulders, now is noticeably past/ You can buy Mane N Tail shampoo. It was made for horses and is now used by humans, because it's packed with lots of proteins to make your hair thicker and healthier. I'm sure you can get it at any vitamin aisle.

Go to a hair salon & ask for things that help your hair to grow. Eat healthy, and maybe you'll grow, and don't wear an underwire bra to bed. Those are the only things I know of to help you. [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]
