I have a really BIG problem!

Ok, im gonna get to the main point fast. My penis is extremely big, and when i walk around school, it is extremely noticable. Is this a bad thing? Also, i have recently been tested positive for Hep C, Gonnorhea, and Herpes. The problem is, i have been positive for the past year, and ive slept with at least 35 girls last year (not counting threesomes)and i sleep with my girlfriend at least 3 nights a week. Should i tell my girlfriend and everyone else?
