but i hate wearing fakes/ copies. but it would
save me money and they are "made by birkenstock"
what do you guys think? the birkenstocks or betulas?
or where can i get real clog birkenstocks cheaper (not ebay, or amazon)?
mn731 answered Tuesday April 3 2007, 6:55 pm: So I went through many pairs of clogs before I got my birkenstocks..from walmart to american eagle to betula to birkenstock. Honestly, just go for the real ones. The quality is better and it lasts longer..and IT'S REAL! My betulas broke after a couple months because the staple holding the straps together came out. Birkenstocks usually don't have a lower price than what it's sold for...UNLESS you catch a sale or something. Nordstrom's usually lowers the price of Birkenstocks down to like $70 I think during their half yearly sale..so you could wait, if you want..but other than that, $120 is the price you pay. TEENAGExHEARTS answered Tuesday April 3 2007, 6:52 pm: i would go for the betula ones because as you said you don't want to spend a lot of money.
plus who is going to be able to tell they're not real? its not like someone is going to examine your shoe lol.
KittyxCatx333 answered Tuesday April 3 2007, 6:32 pm: Previously stated: You should get whichever you like better. Try going to Marhsalls or TJ Maxx, I have seen those shoes there before for a cheaper price. I think they might have been $20 but I'm not all that sure. But you should deffinately try! Hope I helped!!

I think you should go for the real ones because they are probably more reliable and will last longer. The cheap ones are usually just thrown together, so I think you should go for the real ones. And also you said you dont like fakes .. i hear ya =] haha hope i helped!
