so im pretty fair skinned i guess and im blonde with blue eyes.. i love the smokey eye look but whenever i try to do it i always end up looking really scary.. but i see alot of fair skinned blonde people [especially preppier people] that wear very dark eye make up and it looks amazing. how can i achieve this?

Just to let you know, that eyeliner is way way WAY to thick. Go to the drugstore and ask them about putting thick eyeliner on, but not TOO thick. Use black mascara too. Don't go that thick. She looks scary, and so would you.

just put mascara and eyeliner. don`t put the eyeliner on too thick, or you WILL look scary. on the bottom, i find it easier to use pencil, but on the top, it`s probably easier to use liquid eyeliner because it comes out thinner. keep practicing if you mess up at first. if you just can`t get the look you want, it might not be for you, or maybe you just think it looks scary because you`re not used to it. ask a friends opinion.
