is there any possible way to throw off your period as in make it come earlier or later i CAN NOT have it around when i usually do ill die. without any pills. does a lot of sports or exercising change it.

As far as I know, exercise & sports ease cramps, but nothing besides a pill will make you miss your period. You could always stress out a lot. Or not eat, but I rather you stress out.

Uh, without pills, you may have to just get your period and die. Birth control pills disrupt your hormones. There's no other way to purposely delay your period. If you stress out enough, though, you may not get it. There's no exercise that will change your cycle. Best of luck.
