I don't understand why it's "dangerous to only eat 500 calories or less per day. I've been doing it for a long time and I feel fine. Like today for instance, I had a small bowl of cheerios with almond milk for breakfast, romaine lettuce salad with Italian dressing for lunch, Jamba Juice, and then sushi for dinner. All in all, I had about 500 calories today. I feel fine and I ate 3 meals anyway. So what's so "dangerous" about it?

On average, most people are supposed to eat around 2000, so you are not getting enough nutrients. This could lead to you fainting, getting sick easily, loosing too much wait, becoming very weak, or even loosing hair. You need to either make bigger meals or snack more in between your meals. Your health could be at a very high risk and you need to recognize that food is essential for everyday energy. Good luck. [ glacier_dancer's advice column | Ask glacier_dancer A Question ]
