windows update?
there is something wrong with like windows explorer or something. whenever i try to download something or like go into my hotmail this lock appears next to the bar where u put the website.. and then it doesn't load and it doesn't do anything it just appears as a blank screen and says its done. i'm not able to access my hotmail or like put pictures on facebook or download anything.. i think it might be cuz i downloaded this windows update thing called SP2? is there anything i can do to fix this problem and if i can't can i just uninstall SP2 or whatever it is thats causing this problem? thanks

In explorer, go to tools, then internet options. Click advanced at the top of the new window. Click the restore advanced settings button. Then go to security(on the top of the smaller window), click "custom level", on the dropdown menu near the bottom, select "medium". Click the reset button. Restart IE, it should work.
