ive only had 1 lucid dream in my 13 year old life.. well that i remember. how can i get more of them? i saw on dreammoods.com that you can learn to by practice. how.. do you practice it?
phantaa answered Saturday March 31 2007, 8:49 pm: i don't know about practice, but they say lucid dreams usually occur in the morning if you wake up and then take another nap. so after you wake up, walk around or watch tv for an hour or two, and then go back to sleep.
also, keeping a dream journal is supposed to help. i'm not sure how? but it jogs the memory or something, i think. so whenever you have a dream, write it down as soon as you wake up.
