You can get herpes, aids, any STD because you have it in your mouth. If you get herpes it never goes away; EVER. They haven't found a cure and I don't know if they will...

The warts are caused and stay forever. On your genitals, throat, WHEREVER! You can't control where you get it. Condoms break, don't have sex if you don't want a kid, or you're not ready, or you're just not prepared etc. There's this girl that has herpes in her throat so she has a sore throat for the rest of her life. Worth it? Nah!

There is no difference. Genital herpes & warts are STD's that you can get by oral/anal/any type of sex if you do not wear a condom.
So be safe at all times.
