I found a white bump on the outside of my labia, it looked like a pimple.. maybe I shouldn't have, but I squeezed it gently, and a whole bunch of pus came out (it was not liquid, but more dried like a mature pimple). Now, there's not bump at all, but a little red dot where it once was. There was no pain at all...and I just happened to notice it when I came out of the shower. It can't be an STD, since I've had sex only once (a couple years ago), and had been tested for everything already. I have a feeling this may have been a cyst or pimple, but don't know.
Any ideas as to what this might have been?
Additional info, added Thursday March 29 2007, 1:09 am: The bump was on the outside of the labia minora (inner labia). It looked like a huge whitehead. Other things it could have been are an ingrown hair with an infection or possibly a clogged gland (we have some glands down there). But it was likely a pimple. See how it feels tomorrow.
