mood swings! and not with girls!

so i'm 15 and i have a bunch of guy friends... but they have crazy mood swings and i never know what to expect from them... i'm really starting to get frustrated with all this drama and stuff... like one day i'm all they're interested in, and the next i'm not even there and they're mad at me for something.... grrr. so why do guy's have these crazy mood swings and what can i possibly do about them?

That's how all guys are, you just have to learn to live with it because they will never change. You can't do much about them because even if you talked to them they wouldn't change. ♥

Guys have mood swings for the same reason girls do - changing hormones, lack of sleep, stress, poor diet, etc. What you can do about them is to give the individual space when he needs it, but be there when he needs a friend. Be sensitive to body language and facial expressions and when you see irritation building, leave, change the topic of conversation, or suggest a new activity. Most of all, do not take it personally. Your life can't be centered around whether you're his best friend or biggest pest at that moment. Be yourself, to the extent that you are sensitive to others and kind, and don't expect others to be perfect. :)
