since arond the middle of feburary ive been eating healthier and trying to give up sweets and junk. the past half a month ive actually been eating 3 meals and healthy snacks inbetween. i gave up sweets for lent and i dont eat any junk food anymore. i am eating well and i havent cheated at all. i think i lost a few pounds because my scale said i was around 120 but now its more like 115ish? i also have a thinner stomach and a few friends told me i looked skinner which is good. im just curious though, i havnet goten my period in over a month. i got it last feburary 15ish and its not here yet. my period is really weird at times, like one day it will be heavy and the other its not even therre (its normal for me though). but its really late and im curious that it might be because of my new eating style?

If you're picking up on exercise, lack of sleep, stress, differed eating habits, your period will be affected. If your period doesn't come in another 2 months [by the end of May], go see a doctor and see what's up [ ductape_n_roses's advice column | Ask ductape_n_roses A Question ]
