you could maybe ask his friends. or try to read his body language around other girls. and if he doesn't like you as a girlfriend right now, start hanging out with him. ask him if he wants to go to the mall or movies with you. you could also may be like, "hey, what are you doing this weekend?" "do you wanna hang out or somethin'?"
but don't do it too serious. be like joking around (although you want the real answer). and if theres a ,not too expensive, amusment park- you could ask if he wants to meet you there.
