ares, itunes, ipod

okay i have a couple of questions:

1. i have movies downloaded on Ares and i was wondering if there was like a special way to transfer it to itunes. ebcasue everytime i try, it doesn't work.

and

2.i have a 4 gig black ipod nano. if i were to delete EVERYTHING off my ipod and put like an episode of a show on, would it work?

oh and one last question.
i know you can take a Cd and put it on your ipod, but can you do the same with DvD's ?
