connieconfused answered Friday March 23 2007, 9:44 pm: Living in NYC i developed Calf muscles because I was constantly walking up stairs. So you could just walk up stairs a ton a times like 100-200 times depending on what you can handle or you could just go on releve ( you know on your tippie toes ) over and over like ballerina.
