tampons: how do u put in a tampon?

i didnt know which category to put this under

i feel really embarrassed to ask this but how do u put in a tampon? i got the sports kind, is that ok? i tried putting one in (not the sports one) and it didnt go in. any help would be fine

i would like to know asap

hey

dont feel embarassed!

okay, this is what you do:
- take the plastic applicator and stick it ALL the way into your vaj , and then push the bottom of the applicator up, pushing the cotton swab into your vaj.

you really gotta put it in though. first time i tried it thought i was gonna put it in too deep but you know you didnt put it in far enough when you can still feel it when you walk.

it'll take a few times before you get it right.
