Also, work out your brain more often.
Your brain's a muscle, and hair on top of muscles that are constantly working grow faster than if the muscle is more dormant. which explains why the hair on say, your calves grows much faster than on the top of your legs, because your calf is used when moving your ankle when walking. (more strenuous than the work your thighs do)
so, yeah, pick up a puzzle book or riddles or something, again, it wont be noticably faster, but faster indeed.
