my friends i don't know howto talk about my emotions and thats leading me into depression the social worker at school says that i might be depressed... (i have known her for 3 yrs) but she knows that i would never hurt myself!! i need tips for expressing myself so the worker and i can talk!! i just need tips on talking to ppl with out feeling weak and pithetic (and i neeed to be able to cry around ppl without feeling weak 2, i need help with that 2)

start off small. maybe try keeping a diary? this way you can let all of your emotions out, but you won't feel embarrassed about who will see them. and you shouldn't feel weak or pathetic when you cry. crying is a good and healthy way to let out all of your bottled up emotions. everybody needs to have a good cry every once in a while.
now when you are talking to your social workers at school, start off by telling her something small that is bothering you. this way you can learn to trust her and feel more comfortable about her. or maybe you could even try bringing your diary with you and reading it aloud to her?
have you told your social worker how your having trouble talking about your emotions? she is there to help you, not to criticize you. remember this.
