smelly hair

Question Posted Sunday March 18 2007, 9:41 am

I chemically straightened my hair 5 months ago. The chemicals smells so bad and my aunt said it's only gonna smell for a week but it's been 5 months and it still smells but my hair smells like ashes now! I've been using all these different girly smelling shampoos I can but they didn't do nothing.

hey, well do you still straighten your hair everyday or frequently? do you color your hair frequently or perm it? if you do, those three things are really bad for your hair and since you`ve chemically straightened it, it`s already not as healthy as it should be. just let it go natural for a little or scrunch it. don`t use a diffuser tho, it will make it smell worse cause it`s more damage, just let it air dry.

Theres nothing much you can do, except wait a few more months till its gone.

I recommend getting a nice smelling body spray, possibly from bath and body works. Spray it through your hair when It starts to smell.

My hair doesn't smell, but it smells amazing anyways, and I always get compliments that I smell good!

My two favorite flavors are

* Warm Vanilla Sugar
* Cherry Blossom

Go to bath and body works. You can get the spray for 10 dollars. Good luck!
