alright so i weigh 141 lbs and im 5'3" i've been to my doctor recently and he said i was in the middle of anorexia and overweight. but my arms are so fat and i hate them alot. i love tank-tops and stuff like that but my arms just ruin it. does anyone know anyway i can make my arms skinny asap?

i would lift weights dont make them to heavy but make them at a good weight.. and you shouldnt do it alot like the girl below had said because the fat wont go away it`ll just turn into muscle.. so i hope i helped:]

i think just lifting a bunch of weights should do the trick. :]

but dont lift weights that weigh too much for you. the best thing to do is get decent amount weights and use them alot.
