im 5"2' and 116 pounds.
i wanna lose weight in a few specific spots.
my underarms (the fat that hangs over tank tops)
my calves & thighs (they are really big)
and my love handles.
please i need to lose the weight fairly quickly.
im desperate ill do anything.

But, try basic things like, running on a track, or running on a tredmill. Then you can try stuff like, situps, crunches, and pushups.
