i use clean and clear persa gel 10, which works amazingly. toothpaste also works to dry it out. if you try the toothpaste, leave it on for 45 minutes to an hour. you might have to do it a few times, but make sure you dont do it too often, becuase you'll dry out your face, and be sure to put lotion on your face.

good luck!

ok, since your really worried about this one zit..this is going to be hard to do.
but DONT MESS WITH IT. ok well..not exactly..but stop touching it. pop it, <ew> and then yes you could use all these different face products but while your just sittin at home after you pop it put some neosporin or something on it. do that now and then evernight and when you sleep put a bandaid on it. seriously for a quick fix that can really help out sometimes.

I have a family remedy. Get toothpaste and put a small amount on the zit. Don't rub the toothpaste just leave it on. The zit should be gone in about one or two days. Leave the toothpaste on all day.

P.S.- Look on the ingredients on the back of the toothpaste bottle and make sure it has flouride in it.
