So i went on the website mobile17 to make my own ringtone, and they sent the link to my phone and everything, and when i went to the link it said "this site cannot be accessed by this browswer" or whatever. i have t-zones on my tmobile phone..is there any way to get the ringtones? or is it impossible because i cant go on actual websites?
parksoccer10 answered Friday March 16 2007, 2:46 pm: This happened to me. Make sure that the phone you choose on the website is your make and model... if there is a similar one to the one that you picked pick that one and try again. It didn't work the first time taht I tried it but after I changed my phone model its been working fine. If that made no sense to you, just ask me to explain and I'll be glad to help.;
Okay let me try to explain it better.
When you register and make a login name you have to pick the model of your phone. (Like a picture of the phone that is your phone). Make sure that the phone you chose here is the same phone that you have. I used this site and by accidentally chose the wrong model of phone and the same message you got came to my phone. Go back and see if you can find the phone you have. Hope this explanation is much more detailed. Oh and when you go back just see if you chose something that looked like your phone but isn't... i actually had to choose something close to my phone, but a different color (mine is black/grey and the phone on the website i had to choose to make it work was white). Good luck. If you can't find a phone that would match yours, check your settings are correct. If all these things are in order, sometimes phones don't always work so maybe it won't work for you... idk.. hope this helps more! [ parksoccer10's advice column | Ask parksoccer10 A Question ]
