chuckweed007 answered Thursday March 15 2007, 8:25 pm: I used to worry about the stupidest stuff back in high school, like the smallest thing would totally ruin my day. I'm not sure what to tell you about actually stopping worrying, but just know that it gets better...If you are really desperate, pick up the book "dont sweat the small stuff." Probably $10 at a bookstore, but it worked for me later in life. [ chuckweed007's advice column | Ask chuckweed007 A Question ]
torii007 answered Thursday March 15 2007, 8:10 pm: I used to always worry about things, germs, bugs etc. But a way i learned to get over it is to think of it as something stupid and harmless. If your worried about grades and stuff like that, then take a hot bath or something that will relax you. Concentrate on being happy and not worrying. Because life is so much better living it to the fullest.=]
