Just get plenty of rest, and drink bubbly CLEAR soda, clear Gatorade, etc. Anything colored, and you'll never drink it again haha.
Don't MAKE yourself puke, but if you feel it coming up, don't suppress it either. Just go with the flow. Throwing up is your body's way of saying "Hey there's something in here we dont like and wanna get rid of!"
