What tampon should I use if I have never used one before?

use an ultra thin or an easy glide. if you can find an ultra thin easy glide, that would be exceellennt

some brands sell slim ones and those are good for first timers. but they are hard to find sometimes.
like the other girl said tampax sport. they are greattt.
and if you can't find slims the first time you can just go with lights.

use tampax sport, they are soo good

don't worry its easy, and they are so much better than pads =]
