Talk to your doctor. If they really are causing you medical problems, you'll be able to have the surgery and your insurance may even cover it. My mom's insurance covered hers when she got it done. Purpose answered Wednesday March 14 2007, 4:01 pm: Ok i checked around on a site and they came up with this : "Surgeons generally require that breasts be fully developed before they will consider performing a reduction procedure. Breasts are usually fully grown by age 18. In some cases, if the discomfort is very bad, reduction surgery can be done at a younger age."
Hope this helps. [ Purpose's advice column | Ask Purpose A Question ]
hollister_lover09 answered Wednesday March 14 2007, 4:00 pm: i looked it up, and couldnt find how much it is.
but i found this
......................................
Chronic back, neck and shoulder pain
Poor posture
Skin rash under the breasts
Deep grooves in the shoulders from bra strap pressure
Restricted levels of activity
Self-esteem problems
Difficulty wearing or fitting into certain bras and clothing
Women who have breast reduction surgery span a range of ages, from their teens to their 80s. However, for younger candidates, it's usually wise to wait until at least age 20 to make sure the breasts have stopped growing.
so it says to wait unitll your 20. i have big boobs, a small D.. and yea i hate when ppl say stuff about them too, i always wear hoodies and such. it sucks i know, but think of it this way, you should be proud, im starting to think that, all my friends have A's and B's, and i feel more woman then them, maybe that might help you when ppl say stuff!.. hope i helped!<3 [ hollister_lover09's advice column | Ask hollister_lover09 A Question ]
