Flat tummy, small thighs

Question Posted Tuesday March 13 2007, 11:27 pm

I really want to get flat abs, and tone my thighs (especially my inner, upper thighs). THe problem is i have very little will power, and its hard for me to diet. Does anyone know any reallly good, realllly efective exersizes (other than crunches) and does anyone know any good foods to eat/ drinks do drink.

THanks in advance!

running tones the whole body...and eating the right foods such as cutting the pasta out, the bread, the soda, really all the bad carbs..drink plenty of water and do lounges and stand straight up and lean your body side to side , holding your tummy even for a set a reps everyday and nite
