babysitting
Uhmm..ok, well im 13 and i have starting babysitting for neighbors & people like that for over a year. Recently my neighbor asked me to babysit for her 2 girls ages 4 and 12. Im close friends with the 12 year old, but she acts really mean to her little sister. I want to disciplne her when I'm there, but I don't want to be like bossy or anything cause after all...this girl is old enough to be a babysitter! THANKSS SOO MUCH I KNOW THIS MIGHT BE A CONFUSING QUESTION!!!

well you can't really worry to much about being bossy, since you're a year older than you, she probably looks up to you a little bit.. so if you just say random things when she's mean to her sister be like 'wow, that's not cool..' or just talk about how you think it's so immature when older siblings are mean to their younger one and how dumb it is.. and see if that works. thats how i usually go about doing things =) hope it works! if it doesn't, you can always resort to telling her parents and finding out how they disipline her.. or there's always the reward method, like let her hang out with you when she's nice and things like that =) hope i helped! & sorry it took me so long to answer!!!! ♥ good luckkk =)
