Anyways, there is no 'normal' shape for nipples. Everyone's are different shapes, colours, and sizes. Don't worry about it, though, because as long as you have them, that's all that matters to men.

That's completely normal- every girl is like that. It's just how the nipples function. Everyone is different; just like different parts of the body, nipples can be different colors and sizes. The pigment depends on your skin tone (vary from light to dark, according to your skin color). As for the shape, that varies according to the person and the size of your breasts. The same thing goes for the size. OH, and when you're cold or even when you're turned on, your nipples get hard. That's just how things are..
