Diet. If I eat 2-3 apples a day, and some small piece of meat, and drank 3-4 bottles of water a day for 1 month, about how much weight could I lose? I probably wouldn't exercise that much.

You'll lose weight... and end up with serious vitamin deficiencies. To stay healthy and lose weight that you'll keep off, you have to consume lots of different foods. I'm assuming you're a teenager? You don't want to mess with your body development by starving yourself.
Try sticking to low-fat meats, lots of fruits and veggies, and skim or 1% milk.
Exercise is really important! Try getting out for a 20 minute walk every morning/evening... it makes a huge difference. ]

the best way to lose weight is to exercise, and eat 3 times a day, and have snacks in between. believe it or not, eating more, but good healthy foods, are the best way to go. i found that out from my friend Bria. Shes eating 3 times a day and have like crackers or something, and then she exercises after school. and shes been doing this for about a month, and she lost about 5 lbs. ]
