& i';ve never had sex before,
but i've tried to wear tampons before,
but i have a small... afijdfajd you know.
does that mean sex will hurt way worse for me?

LadyH answered Sunday March 11 2007, 4:30 pm: Not necessarily. When you start wearing tampons, you're not always going to be able to insert the tampon properly. So it will seem like it's "small" and not even a tampon can fit inside, but the truth is..it will. You just need to make sure you practice inserting the tampon at the right angle. I'd start off by using Tampax Pearl Light or Regular tampons. They're pretty slender & are a lot more comfortable using. If you can feel any pain, you're not putting it in "correctly" - because you should never feel any discomfort. Eventually, you won't feel them at all. All I can suggest is practice. When your time to start having sex comes - just because you've been wearing tampons, doesn't necessarily mean it's not going to hurt. Any foreplay beforehand will usually determine your pain level.
