Well if you like her then what you need to do is win her over by making her laugh, writing her love notes expressing your real feelings, maybe even taking her out somewhere where yall both can talk and have fun..

I think you need to first treat her as a friend then in the end expressing your real emotions towards her.

Girls love to laugh just be your self.
Crack jokes and make her feel like she never has before

I think if your the shy type just ask her out in a love note
