okay well me & my friend havent been really talkng because she hangsout with someone i dont like & so ive been hanging out with this o1. girl & know she is realy popular & shes hanging out with 8th graders & the boys say i`m annoying but ive never talked to them before. but what should i do? because they make fun of me. should i stay friends with her or should i try to get along with my other friend . <this is a stupid question>

Why can't you be friends with both ? There are going to be alot of people in your life, you dont like that you are just going to have to kind of deal with. If your friend has a friend you dont like, try getting to know that person. Maybe you'll end up liking them a little bit more. If that doesnt happen I'm sure you have friends that that friend doesnt like, but shes your friend and she respects who you hang out with. Just try hanging with them and finding something in common with the girl, that you guys could talk about. Not saying you have becomes like BFFFFFFE&E&E&E&e or anything, but she could end up being someone you could talk to.

As far as the 8th grader friend goes. I'm sorry, but 8th graders DRIVE ME NUTS. They think they are sooooo cool [which yes, I was an 8th grader too last year, but they still drive me nuts] Those guys are dumb. They don't know you, yet they talk about you ? Oh wow. they are sooo cool, but no, they are being immature, they shouldn't stop you from making new friends. Having a friend in a different grade shouldnt matter. Friends are friends, no matter what grade or age they are. Just remember those guys don't know you, they are judging you before they know you. Once they get to know you, Im sure they will feel different about you.. but until then, ignore them. Guys tend to be mean to girls, why I don't know, but its stupid ;) Also, it shouldn't matter if that girls is [popular]. [Popular] is such a wide word. It can mean many things, but it doesnt mean they are better then you. She's not better than anyone. She just has the skill to make more friends and is more well liked by others. That shouldn't have an effect on your friendship & if it does, then she's not a friend you need to have :)

So, all in all, be friends with both girls. What could go wrong ? All youd have is more friends & there is nothing wrong with that :)
