Hot Topic carries some cheap, plastic boned corsets. These are strictly for fashion and you cannot acheive signifigant waist reduction with them.

If you're looking for something a bit more hard core, check ebay's Alter Ego Erotics. They have a wide selection of quality leather corsets. They'll be a bit more pricey than Hot Topic, but these corsets will last longer, look better and give you better waist reduction. I own two of their overbust corsets and I love them!
