there is this girl i really really really like and she is in a differenet school from me, but she always tells me that I am really cute and funny and stuff. But whenever I ask her to go to the movies with me she always seems to be busy. I dont know if she doesnt like me that much, or if she is telling the truth. How can I find this out, and if it is that she doesnt like me that much, what can I do to get her to like me more,, but I am limited because I hardly get to see her in person, in fact i havnt in about 2 months, which is really pissing me off.. So respond asap, thank you
Next time you invite her to see a movie with you and she says she has something else going on, you could be blunt and ask "Hey, should I keep trying or am I wasting my time, here? Please be honest." That's about the quickest way to discover the truth.
Or, you could ask her in the beat around the bush way "So when would be a good time for you to accompany to the movies if you are busy on such and such night?"
In my opinion, I don't see why she would be blowing you off if she is always telling you that she thinks you are cute and funny. She may truly be busy- or possibly you're timing may just be bad.
Or maybe she doesn't know you well enough to feel comfortable going on a date? If that is the case, she may be saying she is busy so you don't think she is uninterested. I don't know how well you know each other...
As for getting her to like you more, you can't just do that all simple-like. You have to spend time talking to her and such so that she can get to know you better. You don't see her much, but you can surely give her a call to chit-chat.
So she thinks you're a funny guy, correct? Big bonus for you- she already enjoys your personality. Go from there and let her get to know the rest of your personality as well. [ Brandi_S's advice column | Ask Brandi_S A Question ]
