im looking for a "flapper" inspired dress
-short
-beading
and i dont know where to look.
and my budget isnt that big (nothing over $150)
please help!

Try hitting the mall & looking at stores like, wet seal, forever 21, delilas, etc.
or try looking online and printing a picture of a dresss yoou like and taking it to stores that sell dresses and see if they can guide you to where you want.
