today my friend gave me her digital camera to keep in my purse and i forgot to give it to her today and when i got home i took it out of my purse and turned it on and looked through her pictures of us (she doesn't care if i do) and then the battery died so i put it back and later on i tried turning it on and i DROPPED IT!!! it didn't turn on!! im soo scared that i might of broke it.. im giving it back to her tomorrow what should i do?!?! by the way its a black Kodak Easy Share digital camera if that helps. i need answers FAST thanks!!

I have that camera and Ive dropped it a million times. As you said the batteries died, so that might be one reason why. Or another reason is that the batteries got out of place and they are loose. You should test the camera with new batteries, then try it out then just reput the old batteries in if it works. Hope it helped. =]

well... the battery died, so thats probably it. normally they wont brake if you drop it, and if you did break it, you should offer to buy here a new one/get it fixed. getting it fixed costs about $50-100 normally (at least in my region)
but you should get new batteries and try them out before coming to any conclusions about breaking it!!
