fat stomach 13/f im overweight not alot but i just hate it. mainly for my stomach its just gross. i wana get skinny but not anorexic its sick! ive been doin crucnches but i found out they make your stomach stronger but it puts muscle under ur fat!?! im fine with muscle but i was doin it so much my stomach is strong but i wana get it skinnier and normal then i work on muscles.i wana get skinney. i want my fat stomach to be normal! what exercises for my stomach to get rid of fat i no running but what else? i like running but i never can go outside and i cant inside so what else for my stomach exept running?

Any type of cardio exercise will help. If you do crunches, then when you burn the fat off you will have muscle which is good. So now just work on exercising by running, jogging, walking, swimming, bicycling, dancing, jumping rope, etc. Anything to get your heart pumping should help! And it's not all exercise, so watch your diet as well as about 30 minutes or more of cardio work a day. Good luck! ]
