13/f im overweight not alot but i just hate it. mainly for my stomach its just gross. i wana get skinny but not anorexic its sick! ive been doin crucnches but i found out they make your stomach stronger but it puts muscle under ur fat!?! im fine with muscle but i was doin it so much my stomach is strong but i wana get it skinnier and normal then i work on muscles.i wana get skinney. i want my fat stomach to be normal! what exercises for my stomach to get rid of fat i no running but what else? i like running but i never can go outside and i cant inside so what else for my stomach exept running?
