losing weight

ok iim not fat but iim deffiinately not skiinny i really wanna lose tummy weiight and thiigh weiight by spriing break. iim a siize 3 iin holliister jeans and ii wanna get down to a siize 1 by spriing break. thats my goal. any suggestiions on liike a diiet/exerciise thiing?

There's lots of things like taking a jog/run around the block while listening to your ipod or CD player.

You could also run up and down the stairs maybe 10, 15, or 20 times every 10 minutes or so.
