I really love the advice you give and I was just wondering if you have any advice for lower ab exercises. Thanks alot!!

and haha omg, this is theeee PERFECTTT question for meeee =]

here's an amazinggggggg lower ab workout, that also happens to be my favorite =]

ok so just lay on your back with your hands/arms either behind your head, across your chest, at your sides- whatever you want. and slowly rise both of your legs off of the ground until they're about a foot or so up.. or if you can't get that high, just get them as high as you can. hold there for like 3-5 or even 10 seconds if you can, and repeat in sets of 10 or 20. they're amazing and work ssoooo good. and you can do them while watching tv! lol good luckkkkk ♥
