How do I stay on a diet..? I'm 13 and HUGE, and it isnt healthy.. I want to look awsome by the begining of school of next year. Im tired of the way people look at me, Im 13 and weight probably 215 pounds and Im not exadrating! And I like this kid well im a joke to everyone so Im thinking if i look thiner and prettier maybe they wont so, that and I have low self astem so.I was thinking if my friend Josh called me fat maybe I would stick to it but he refuses to do it because he says im pretty. Flattering as it is i know its not true.Im Huge in the belly area but no where else.. my arms are like greenbeans and ok my legs could use some work too. Well first is my stomach my mom has a ablonge how many do u think i should do and what should i eat and how much.... sorry im being really demanding.... and I want an butt! I dont have one and i only have one in sweatpants and in certain jeans so how do i gain weight it the butt part too...

Maybe give some free advice about: Love Life? ashee_baby answered Sunday March 4 2007, 5:39 pm: first of all you shouldn't care about what people think about you!! you should loose wait because you want to, not because of what people say..you could start by following your mom or who ever does the grocery shopping and pick out healthier food like veggies and fruits, stuff that are low in fat and don't have your food cooked in alot of oil. maybe eat veggie burgers for a while or fish. you could excercise by walking around your neighborhood with a friend, playing sports, go swimming try everyday for at least 30 mins. or more

personally I hate giving advice on low self esteem topics but i do anyway. I think you should work on your weight first-workouts and lots of exercising don't starve yourself actually eat aot!-here's the downfall you have to eat healthy you know the food pyramid. stick to it strictly and you will do good!
