Well I am just like this, some tips that help me when I know its going to be hard to get up in the morning because of a late night...

-Put an alarm clock on the other side of the room, put it on a loud setting so you have to get up to turn it off.

-When you wake up, and turn off your alarm (if you use one) turn on a light in your room so you can't fall back asleep.

-Take naps whenever you can so you can feel energized.

-Don't eat/drink a lot of caffine before going to bed because this would make it harder for you to go to sleep.

Hope these tips helped.
