my friend is being nasty to me and i want to be her friend but she plays with some one i hate

All relationships are about comprimise. Talk to your friend (calmly) Tell her what she is doing hurts you, and you just want to be good friends. You cant stop her from being friends with a person you hate, though. You just have to share her with the other friend. Maybe you all can be friends.
