this is kinda weird but i can get a guy to kiss me but i want a guy to like me? how do i flirt in a way that says i like you instead of it saying i want to kiss you?

Moving to fast just shows a guy you want a quick hookup and not a solid relationship. Go slow, bond with the guy, learn about him and vice versa.
Talk, laugh, flirt a little bit but never overboard, and If the guy feels the same way about you, he'll get the hint.
