This may seem like the preppiest question you have ever heard but I gotta ask it-How do you straighten your hair right? I mean like every time I straighten my hair it doesn't seem to be "straight enough" to my friends. i really need advice on how to straighten your hair right

first of all your straightener should be a nice ceramic plate straightener.
you also will want to use a product that will protect your hair from the heat. any hair care company probably makes those products.
after washing your hair either blow dry it or wait for it to completely air dry.
then make sure you straighten it in small layers from underneath to the top.
never try to straighten your full head of hair all at the same time.
after youve done all of the layers you can touch up any spots that are a little wavy.
make sure that you hold the straightener for a while on the tips of your hair to . this will give it an even straighter look
hope i helped

Are you using a straightener? Or are you just blowing your hair out straight?

Invest in a good ceramic hair straightner (a Chi hair straightener is great, but its expensive)

Buy product from a drug store or beauty supply store meant to protect ur hair/straigten it. Ask the salesperson their opinion. Shower, blow your hair out, than apply the product, and pull the straightner slowly thru a strand of hair about an inch to two inches wide. Try to get as close to the roots of your hair as possible. You will probably have to go over pieces a couple times to recieve desired straightness.

If this doesnt work, than try going to a salon and seeing what they can do for you.

Good luck!

first... get a straightening shampoo/ sleek shampoo and conditioner
second blow dry it straight with some leave in conditioner.. or air dry if its not to curly or you have a good straightner
third straighten it in layers.. like do the hair just above your.. and then a little more.. then half way.. then a little more.. then all.. or w/e
fourth put hair spray (an aerosal spary) not spritz... all over your hair.. then brush the hair spray
fifth... run the straightener through your hair just a little to set the hair spray and to work out any kinks
sixth.. put in a little sirum that will help keep it moisturized and keep the friz down

and have a good repairing conditioner so you dont get split ends from heat damage :)
