um yeah i have a razor too and i have had numerous problems so have you tried to take the battery out and leaving it out for a while and then put it in after a while and see if it works

uh mine does that sometimes. except i have the chocolate. idk if they're similar, but i just take off the back of the phone and put it back on and turn the phone on again. except i don't even know if the razr has a removable back, so this advice could be completely useless. if that, i apologize in advance. hope this helped. :]

Well in order to turn it off I would take out the battery and sim card and dont put it back in. Wait for a few minutes then put them back in and turn it on to see what happens
Razor phones are kind of shitty and break real easily cause theyre so thin
I would take it to your phone company and have them take a look at it. If its still under warranty (i think its a year with verizon) theyll replace it for you free - but if its after a year you will be required to pay for the expenses it takes to fix it.
